Launch the moment the bear opens. Inner ring around the pitfall.
Rallies go out in three timed waves. Joiners send small marches, fill whatever rally is on top of the list, and lead with a lethality hero. Done right, everyone joins two to three times more rallies and the whole alliance scores higher.
Times count from the moment the bear opens. Leaders are listed strongest first. Wave 1 should sit closest to the pitfall so their troops come home in time to join wave 2.
Launch the moment the bear opens. Inner ring around the pitfall.
Launch 45 seconds in. Second ring.
Launch 1 minute 15 seconds in. Outer ring.
After the first round, each leader relaunches as soon as their rally comes home. The waves stay roughly in order without anyone watching the clock. Leaders may send a full march into their own rally.
Each joiner sends at most about 1/14 of the average leader's rally capacity. That lets 13 to 15 people fit into every rally and still fill it. Leadership posts the exact number before each hunt.
Established alliances usually land around 80,000 to 100,000. Raise the cap as rally capacity grows.
As a joiner you add only your troops and the first skill of your first-slot hero, your captain. A rally keeps just four joiner skills. Higher skill level wins, and ties go to whoever joined first. A level 5 skill that does nothing can push out a level 4 lethality skill.
+25% lethality each, and they stack. Spread them across different marches. Only your captain counts, so putting all three in one march wastes two.
Amane (+25% attack) and Hilde add attack, which is weaker than lethality. Marlin, Zoe, Jaeger and Petra have chance-based skills that do not stack with copies. Use them only in a weaker leader's rally with spare room, where you will not push out a lethality hero.
Every other hero, including Jabel. Their first skill is defense or growth, which does nothing against the bear. If your good heroes are already out, join with no hero at all.
A rally takes 5 minutes to gather, plus the march to the bear. In the last stretch, everyone becomes a leader.
Troop damage follows a square-root curve. Doubling your troops adds only about 40% more damage. Splitting the same army across two or three rallies earns more points than stacking it into one whale rally.
The plan also spreads points more evenly across the alliance, so more members earn forgehammers each hunt.
